welded “permanent” jewelry appointment

$65

“Permanent” jewelry is simply a bracelet, anklet or necklace that is welded onto your wrist, ankle or neck using a micro welder. You pick your chain and we connect the chain with a ring that is open. We use a micro welder to weld the ring shut and fasten the chain. There is no clasp. The process is quick and painless.

A $65 deposit is required to secure your appointment and that amount will be applied to the chain you choose during your appointment. Our bracelets start at $65. You may upgrade your chain and add charms during your appointment. The difference will be paid at your appointment. We ask that each person in your party that is getting a piece of permanent jewelry make an appointment online to insure availability.

FOR PARTIES OF 4 OR MORE WE REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS SO THAT WE CAN PROVIDE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS AND INSURE AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR CUSTOMIZATIONS.

***PLEASE BOOK ONE 15 min TIME SLOT PER PERSON. For example, If you would like 4 girls to come in at 1pm, book 1 appointment for 1pm, 1 appointment at 1:15pm, 1 appointment at 1:30pm and 1 appointment for 1:45pm.***

We have a variety of sterling silver, gold filled and 14k gold chains to choose from. Sterling silver and gold filled bracelets start at $65 and 14k solid yellow gold starts at $180. Anklets are $20 more for sterling silver and gold filled chains. Anklets are 50% more for 14k gold. Necklaces will be 2x the price for up to 16” chains.

Sterling silver chains may oxidize more quickly especially in the ocean or any hot tub or pool with chemicals. Gold filled may last longer but is not solid gold so discoloration for “permanent” wear may occur. Most white gold is rhodium plated, so that plating may wear off very quickly, and your bracelet will not appear as bright “white” as it did when it was welded on.

14k solid gold is going to last forever with no discoloration but will be significantly more expensive depending on the chain.

It is important to note that everyone is different. We can react differently to certain metals based on things we eat and drink, products we use, and places we may submerge our jewelry. Many people are allergic to white gold because of the nickel content. All of these things need to be taken into consideration prior to making the decision to get a permanent piece.

In the event of emergency or if you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason, simply cut it off at the ring we welded with sharp scissors or cutting pliers. Nail clippers and cuticle cutters will do the trick in a pinch. If you are local and need us to remove your permanent jewelry for any procedures, we can do so. We will store your pieces and rezap at your convenience. Rezap fees are $5/bracelet.

We do not recommend permanent jewelry for infants or toddlers, however we leave that up to the discretion of the parents.
